about
King Razor delivers digital high frequency screech, field recorings and distortion, while Posset serves up a tasty dish comprising of highly creative heavy analogue noise. A nice mixture and a great way to kick off the split series.

After a long break, finally the Newcastle, U.K. based noise project Posset is back! Originally Posset were a duo, who performed live and have releases on labels such as Fencing Flatworm, Kabukikore etc. Thesedays Posset is the solo studio project of Joe Murray, who creates musical experiments using guitar, tapes, effects, kitchen utensils etc. Joe also plays trombone, guitar and tapes in the improv band Helictite.
reviews
"If you're looking for some far out experimental action you could do worse than investigate the first installment in Dirty Demo's split series. King Razor give us 2 brooding digital soundscapes comprised of field recordings and frequency experiments.
Meanwhile Posset go for the jugular with 'Snakes Travel Through My Blood' Parts one and two. It's like a soundtrack to murder women and children getting murderalized. Actually it's not really, it's just abrasive harsh noise. Numbered edition of 50 in ejector case."
